Senior Sales Manager

*Manage, motivate and develop RSMs capacities and skills
*Prepare, review and validate sales proposals based on the defined strategy
*With the help of his/her team, position strategic products at customers of his/her perimeter
*Do the business intelligence of his/her market, the evolution and the competitions and share these information with his/her hierarchy and all company players in this field
*Support his/her RSMs at customers by accompanying them
*Negotiate customer contracts
*Ensure the reporting in line with department rules and the GQMS
*Contribute to the building of the budget for his/her perimeter
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department

The employee has to demonstrate Customer Orientation, Performance Improvement capability, Communication skills, Team worker skills, Leadership, Exemplary way of working, Ability to help and develop others, Personal commitment, Results orientation.
Technical / Functional/ Job Skills:
Mechanical engineering preferably with a specific aeronautical industry experience
