Our product is moving from a control product to a smart assistant making use of the data to provide personalised valuable services to our user. To grow our UX Design Team we are looking for a motivated and talented UX Designer (m/f) to start as soon as possible. Your job will be to create, test and refine digital product & service concepts based on extensive user research. Our goals are to significantly increase the product's value to attract, inspire and retain customers.

Furthermore your responsibilities include:

You conduct user research, you understand customer insights and turn them into meaningful experiences

You develop and test digital experiences, service concepts and prototypes with different stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile, startup-like environment
You bring features and services to the live product and you improve our design as needed through release and beyond
You help to develop the product strategy & roadmap


You have experience in creating meaningful user experiences
You are an excellent communicator and you can bring across a product's story
You bring a keen sense of empathy for customers and users to the table
You are thrilled about doing user-centered design in an IoT and Smart Home environment
You have an entrepreneurial understanding and mindset
You have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in digital design
You bring strong problem solving abilities and obsessive attention to detail
You gained a university degree in a design or technology-related field
Your English skills are excellent
